Owner & Founder
Mark founded Salmon Falls Nursery & Landscaping in 1978 with a degree in turf management and a passion for landscaping. A past president of the Maine Landscape and Nursery Association board, he is dedicated to best management practices in the Green Industry. Mark's passion is the 200-acre nursery, where he spends most of his time today.

Commercial Estimator
Raised in Maine and holding a B.S. in Landscape Horticulture, John joined Salmon Falls straight out of school. He now manages all bid work for commercial clients as a project estimator, facilitator and manager. John lives in Berwick and enjoys hiking.

General Manager
Jason joined the team in 1997 with an associate's degree in Plant and Soil Technology, starting as a laborer and crew foreman. He is a Maine State First Class Landscape Arborist, MeLNA-Certified Sustainable Landscaper, ICPI-Certified Concrete Paver Installer and certified in Erosion and Sediment Control BMP.

Operations Manager
A trained chef who found his calling on the mowing crew, Shawn was hired as a foreman in 2009 and quickly promoted for his eye for detail. He manages schedules, projects and quality across both the residential and commercial divisions.

Maintenance Account Manager
Myles came up through retail management before following his passion outdoors, running landscape crews and later his own business. He brings that management and field experience to our Maintenance Division.

Office Manager
Karen handles office administration and day-to-day customer care to keep things running smoothly, as well as business insurance, employee benefits, foreign labor, and human resources.
Accounting Assistant
In addition to her accounting responsibilities, Parker coordinates customer and vendor communication, processes payments, and assists with billing questions.
Accounting Manager
Francine is responsible for day-to-day accounting operations to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance, while also providing customers with a smooth, transparent, and accurate billing experience.
