Landscape Construction Foreman
Salmon Falls Nursery & Landscaping is looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, strong crew leadership, and delivering landscaping projects safely and on schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise landscape construction crews
- Plan daily work activities and production goals
- Read and execute project plans and blueprints
- Ensure OSHA safety standards and company quality expectations are met
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicate with crew members, project managers, and clients
- Complete job documentation accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience leading landscape or construction crews
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods and equipment
- Familiarity with New England plant material and installation practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
